軽量パネルを製造するには、複数の層を互いに確実に接合しなければなりません。軽量サンドイッチパネルの中心となるのが、ガラス繊維強化ポリプロピレン製のハニカム構造ボードです。このボードを採用することにより、重量を減らし、パネルの剛性を高めることができます。さらに、このボードには高品質の塗装仕上げを施さなければなりません。
確実な接合とコスト効率に優れた製造
複合材エレメントを確実に接合し、無極性材料に塗装を施すためには、広い面積に高速で前処理を施さなければなりません。
Openair-Plasma®インラインプラズマシステムは、コスト効率に優れた複合材パネルの製造の可能性を切り開く技術です。プラズマトリート社のマルチローテーションノズル付XRD1010システムを利用すれば、高性能の活性化を可能にすると同時に、広い面積を処理し、処理速度を最大限に高めることができます。またOpenair-Plasma®処理を施すことにより、リサイクルプラスチックや木材プラスチック複合材(WPC)などの代替材料を高い信頼性をもって使用することができます。
プラズマ大型パネルシステムは、主にプラズマジェネレーター(左)、パネル前処理システム(中央)、高度調整式メンテナンス用プラットフォーム（右）の3つの要素で構成されています。
プラズマトリート社のプラズマローテーションノズル装置は、連続インライン製造において、最大幅3メートル、最高速度 25m/分の前処理が可能です。
